Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final; no refunds. If you receive your item and it’s damaged or not as-described I will do my utmost to make things right. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If you have an issue with your order please contact me for I do not accept unauthorized returns. Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee, shipping costs and any price differences if applicable. If you are looking to exchange an item, please let me know within 5 days of receiving your item. Items must be received within 2 weeks and at this time the customer is responsible for shipping charges. If your item is damaged or defective it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. All custom orders and items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for other items. Please fill out the contact form for any other questions.
